Regionally, the country ranks first and fifth globally among the most preferred destinations for digital nomads, as reported by CEOWORLD Magazine. The UAE also secured fourth place globally in the InterNations ranking for the best countries for expatriates to live and work.
Rabea Ataya, CEO of Bayt.com, predicts that AI will significantly influence the UAE job market in 2025. By automating repetitive tasks, AI allows professionals to focus on problem-solving, continuous learning, and relationship-building, fostering career growth and innovation.
Ataya highlights the increasing demand for professionals in technology and healthcare, including AI-related roles such as software engineers and data scientists. The healthcare sector is also seeing growth due to population increases and evolving health needs.
