SPGC, Sharjah Economic Development Department sign MoU

The MoU comes within the framework of supporting sustainable development goals, enhancing the efficiency and flexibility of government work and developing its tools; in a way that ensures improving the services provided to customers and investors.

On behalf of SPGC, the memorandum was signed by His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amir, Commander-in-Chief, and on behalf of the Sharjah Economic Development Department, it was signed by His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, Chairman of the Department. The ceremony was attended by the general managers, deputies, and a number of department directors on both sides.

The memorandum aims to establish a common framework that focuses on facilitating the completion of transactions for customers and investors through the implementation of the single window system linked to government entities, accelerating procedures, facilitating operations, and reducing the time required to obtain services; which provides an integrated and effective work environment that supports business development and enhances the user experience.
 
His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amir stressed that signing the memorandum of understanding with the Sharjah Economic Development Department comes within the Sharjah Police's efforts to enhance cooperation with all government entities and institutions to achieve the public interest, and in implementation of the visions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, to advance the government work system. 

His Excellency Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amir pointed out that the joint cooperation with the Sharjah Economic Development Department represents an effective strategic partnership based on integration in achieving the goals and embodying the vision of the sustainable Emirate of Sharjah, which has become a leading economic model at the regional and international levels, and a pivotal center for attracting investment and establishing projects.
