Participants can enjoy activities such as a full-mile walk, half-mile stroll, or a 100-metre sprint, ensuring a lively experience for all fitness levels.
This initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to positioning sports as a tool for social connection and personal empowerment. Noura Al Hamar, Head of Community Sports, emphasised, “We aim to design innovative events that foster community bonds and encourage healthy habits. The ‘One Mile Challenge’ is another step in spreading the culture of sports as a way of life.”
