Sharjah24: Al Ain, the UAE’s representative, has been drawn into Group G of the FIFA Club World Cup, where they will face Manchester City (England), Juventus (Italy), and Wydad Casablanca (Morocco).
The draw took place today in Miami, USA, with representatives from all 32 participating teams present. The tournament, featuring a new format, is scheduled to run from 15 June to 13 July 2025.  

Here is the complete group stage breakdown:  

- Group A: Al Ahly (Egypt), Palmeiras (Brazil), Porto (Portugal), and Inter Miami (USA).  
- Group B: Paris Saint-Germain (France), Atlético Madrid (Spain), Botafogo (Brazil), and Seattle Sounders (USA).  
- Group C: Bayern Munich (Germany), Auckland City (New Zealand), Boca Juniors (Argentina), and Benfica (Portugal).  
- Group D: Flamengo (Brazil), Espérance de Tunis (Tunisia), Chelsea (England), and Lyon (France).  
- Group E: River Plate (Argentina), Urawa Red Diamonds (Japan), and Inter Milan (Italy).  
- Group F: Fluminense (Brazil), Borussia Dortmund (Germany), Ulsan Hyundai (South Korea), and Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa).  
- Group H: Real Madrid (Spain), Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia), Pachuca (Mexico), and Red Bull Salzburg (Austria).  

Al Ain’s placement in Group G, alongside some of the world’s top football clubs, promises a thrilling competition for the UAE side in the global tournament.
