Sharjah24: Simultaneously with the celebrations of the 53rd Eid Al Etihad, the Branches Management at Sharjah Department of Public Works (SDPW ) organised a visit for its employees to Sharjah Safari in Al Dhaid city. This event was attended by Engineer Abdullah Al Tunaiji, the Branches Management Director, and the branch employees.
The celebration included a visit to Sharjah Safari, along with cultural and heritage competitions that involved questions about the history of the UAE and its national symbols.
In the branch of the department in Dibba Al-Hisn city, the department organised a Eid Al Etihad celebration. The activities included decorating the corridors of the department branch with the flags of the country, geometric shapes, columns, and illuminated sculptures inspired by the national event, as well as a special corner for traditional Emirati cuisine. This provided employees and visitors with the opportunity to experience authentic traditional flavors.
Al Tunaiji emphasised that the department's celebration reflects a sense of patriotism and clearly conveys pride in the country, its achievements, and its civilizational gains on a global level. It carries within it a message of love, loyalty, and gratitude from the department's employees to the nation and its wise leadership.
