Sharjah24: Sharjah Media City, known as “Shams,” celebrated the 53rd Eid Al Etihad today with an event held at its headquarters attended by Rashid Abdullah Al Obaid, Director of Sharjah Media City, along with several directors and employees of Shams.
Al Obaid expressed heartfelt congratulations and blessings to the wise leadership and dedicated people of the UAE on this momentous occasion. He remarked, “The 53rd Eid Al Etihad represents not just a day of celebration, but also the remarkable journey of our union, which began with the inspiring vision of our founding fathers. This journey has led to the establishment of a strong nation that champions unity, progress, and prosperity.”

He further emphasized that celebrating the 53rd Eid Al Etihad is an acknowledgment of the hard work, accomplishments, planning, and generosity that the UAE has demonstrated over the years. He highlighted the foundational values instilled by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God bless his soul, alongside his brothers, the Sheikhs of the Emirates, which have formed the robust groundwork of the UAE.

Al Obaid also noted that the UAE’s exceptional journey in recent years serves as a pioneering model for proactive efforts and future foresight. The occasion of Eid Al Etihad is a chance to reaffirm our loyalty and commitment to the nation and its leadership, thereby continuing the path of comprehensive and sustainable development.

Several company heads operating within Shams shared their joy in being part of this national celebration, highlighting it as a source of pride and honor to be in the United Arab Emirates—a place that has provided them with safety and security, as well as the resources necessary for their business success.

The day’s festivities included a variety of events and activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with national pride and celebration.
