Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Camel Racing Club will organise a special two-year-old camel race on Friday, November 29, at 2:00 pm, at the Al Dhaid Camel Racing Track, to celebrate the 53rd National Day of the United Arab Emirates.
The race will feature 10 rounds for young camels, competing over a distance of 1200 metres. The winners will receive valuable cash prizes, shields, and saffron as a special honour.

His Excellency Abdullah Mohammed bin Huwaiden Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Sharjah Camel Racing Club, highlighted the importance of this event as part of the UAE's National Day celebrations. He emphasised that the race reflects the nation's achievements and the leadership’s support for preserving the heritage of camel racing, a cultural symbol of the UAE's history.
