Recognising the growing importance of leadership in the workplace, the four-day programme will run from November 25 to 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be conducted in English.
MAJAL programme focuses on developing essential skills in managing logistics, strategy, and finances, while also teaching participants how to present their work in an engaging and impactful way. Through creative theatrical exercises, the programme aims to strengthen communication, persuasion, and confidence, preparing leaders to tackle critical business meetings with poise and clarity. Participants will also learn systematic planning and problem-solving techniques to navigate challenges in their professional environments.
A key feature of the programme is the opportunity for participants to create a commercial project for a theatrical production. This hands-on experience will allow them to propose and develop a theatrical work from scratch, including preparing employment and marketing strategies.
Those interested in applying, especially employees within the Sharjah for Capacity Development age group, can register through the Sharjah Foundation for Capacity Development website: sharjahcd.ae.
