The event, held yesterday evening at the Sharjah Police Club, celebrated 700 athletes, coaches, and administrators across six sports: taekwondo, jujutsu, karate, mixed martial arts, judo, and wrestling.
Club athletes won an impressive total of 2,990 medals during the 2023–2024 season and early in the current season through local and international competitions. Jiu-jitsu and martial arts athletes contributed the most, achieving 2,444 medals, including 485 golds.
The club also earned numerous awards, including four categories within the Sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi Award for Sports Excellence, the Best Youth Jiu-Jitsu Academy in the World award, and the General Excellence Shield in the Sharjah Sports Council Award for Sports Sustainability.
Additionally, it was named the ideal club by the Taekwondo Federation, won first place in the "Our Summer is Different" Sharjah Summer Sports Programme, and reached the finals of the Future Work Environment competition in both the Best Learning and Development Initiative and Best Community Initiative categories.
