Dr. Abdul Karim highlighted the importance of developing comprehensive policies that foster cultural and religious awareness, advocating for educational programmes that include national and Islamic identity in curricula. He stressed that collaboration among families, educational institutions, and religious bodies is essential for fortifying youth against external influences.
Dr. Lootah discussed the challenges posed by globalisation, urging for conscious upbringing to strengthen cultural identity among youth. She emphasized the collective responsibility of educational and media institutions in preserving national culture and identity.
The second session, led by Dr. Al Hammadi, focused on the Ruler of Sharjah’s speech, which underscored Arabic as the origin of all languages and the need for correcting linguistic errors among students. He argued for the divine nature of the Arabic language and its historical significance, citing its influence on numerous languages, including Spanish and Portuguese.
The evening at the Sharjah Cultural Palace, the forum featured a poetry reading session titled "If the Rain Falls." Poets Sheikha Al Mutairi, Abdullah Al Hadiyya, and Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al Darbas shared their work, captivating the audience.
