SDHR Chairman meets with directors and specialists

Sharjah24: In an effort to enhance internal communication and collaboration, His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Sharjah Executive Council Member and Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR), convened a meeting with department directors and specialists. His Excellency Majid Hamad Al Marri, Director of the Department, was present at the meeting.
The meeting focused on evaluating significant accomplishments and exploring future initiatives that align with the department’s strategic vision, as well as its responsibilities in fulfilling the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, along with the Sharjah Executive Council.

His Excellency Abdullah Al Zaabi opened the meeting by extending a warm welcome to all attendees and commended the hard work of the different departments in attaining successes and improving operations. He emphasized that these efforts build upon the department’s proven success, stressing the necessity of constantly working to achieve strategic objectives in accordance with the guidance of the esteemed leadership.

Al Zaabi emphasised the significance of developing a collaborative workplace and enhancing interdepartmental cooperation to guarantee the provision of exceptional government services. 

He praised the teams for their efforts and acknowledged their pivotal role in driving the department’s development and progress. 

Concluding the meeting, His Excellency also honoured exceptional employees for their contributions to achieving high performance. He reaffirmed the department's commitment to fostering a culture of excellence, highlighting the significance of a positive work environment that fosters continuous improvement and inspires all employees to achieve new heights of success and accomplishment.
