On the first day, competitions will take place for adults and masters, followed by categories for under-12 and under-14 participants on the second day, and concluding with under-16 and under-18 categories on the final day.
Fahad Ali Al Shamsi, Secretary General of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation, stated that this championship plays a vital role in talent discovery and champion development, providing athletes of all levels with a unique competitive environment that promotes the sustainable growth of Jiu-Jitsu in the country.
Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Owais, Chairman of the Sharjah Self-Defence Sports Club, emphasised that hosting this championship will enhance the culture of Jiu-Jitsu in the emirate and offer fans an engaging community experience. He described the championship as a prestigious event that can serve as a launching pad for future successes, expressing hope that local athletes will excel in the competition.
