Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Self- Defence Club (SSDSC) won the AJP Tour Dubai International Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2023 – Gi, held at Al Nasr Club in Dubai.
The two-day event was organised by the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship (ADWPJJC).
The tournament saw wide participation of the most prominent local and international clubs and academies. The final day competitions were allocated to the amateur and professional divisions. Shabab Al Ahly Club won second place, while A.F.N.T was third.
Youssef Abdullah Al Batran, board member of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation emphasised the great success achieved by the championship, which was represented by the participation of the most prominent stars from different continents of the world, which gave the competition an exceptional atmosphere.
