Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Organisational Structures Committee held its regular meeting, chaired by His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Member of Sharjah Executive Council and Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Human Resources, to discuss the committee’s plan until the end of 2024, and to review proposals for developing organisational structures in government entities.
During the meeting, the organisational structures were presented and reviewed, and mechanisms for developing them were proposed to keep pace with the future directions of the Emirate, and to meet the needs of administrative and technical development, in a way that enhances the efficiency of government performance and supports the achievement of the Emirate’s vision of institutional excellence.
His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi said: “Developing organisational structures is one of the basic requirements for improving government performance and raising productivity. Therefore, the committee’s plan focuses on building advanced organisational structures that keep pace with rapid changes and support innovation and efficiency. Through them, we seek to enhance the institutional environment to be more flexible and able to adapt to future changes.”
Al Zaabi added that the committee works in close cooperation with all government entities to ensure the implementation of the necessary updates in accordance with the best approved standards, which enhances the ability of institutions to provide high-quality services to the community.
