Sharjah 24: Adnan Al Mansouri, Acting Director of Media Talent Development Department at Sharjah Media City (Shams), announced that the activities of the “Shams Summer Programme” were launched, on Monday, at the Shams Business Centre with the participation of 60 children.
Adnan Al Mansouri, Acting Director of Media Talent Development Department at Sharjah Media City (Shams), confirmed that the activities of the “Shams Summer Programme” were launched, on Monday, at the Shams Business Centre with the participation of 60 children aged between 6-16 years, and the programme aims to develop children’s mental, social and recreational skills through intensive training workshops that combine entertainment and education in a safe and stimulating environment for growth and learning.
He added to “Sharjah 24”: “The Shams Summer Programme will be held from July 29 to August 8, and aims to develop children’s mental and social skills. The programme targets children aged 6-16 years, and is a unique opportunity for children to participate in an exciting educational and entertainment experience, as Shams strives to develop their mental and social skills in a safe and stimulating environment.”
He said that the programme, which lasts for 8 days, includes a variety of entertainment, cultural and educational activities, such as creative workshops, specialised courses, professional training, discussion sessions, scientific experiments and sports competitions.
