Sharjah24: Mona Abdul Karim Al Yafei, Director General of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) announced that the Early Intervention Centre (EIC) organised an exceptional event this Thursday morning, marking one of the most significant activities coinciding with the end of the academic year, the graduation ceremony of 53 children from the centre.
Al Yafei highlighted the significance of the age group from birth to 5 years as a crucial stage for providing support to children and their families.
She added that this period is a critical time to reflect on the journey of success for the children who have benefited from the center's services. These services are dedicated to enhancing opportunities for children with disabilities to enrol in inclusive education programmes and mainstream schools. They also foster a culture of early intervention, empowering children to grow, develop, and integrate into society.
The Director General of Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services concluded by expressing her heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the parents for their crucial role during this stage. She also extended her thanks and deep appreciation to all the staff at Centre for their dedicated efforts and unwavering support for this beloved group.
