Al Abdouli further explained that the study comprised three stages. The first stage involved distributing questionnaires to Sharjah government employees, with over 2000 responses received. The second stage involved field visits by researchers to government institutions to achieve the programme's objectives of creating a supportive work environment for employees. This was done by collecting performance indicators according to programme standards and taking random samples. Twenty-two institutions were visited, covering 80% of the employees. The third stage of the study consisted of interviews to confirm the information gathered in the first and second stages.
In conclusion, Al Abdouli, expressed gratitude to the strategic partners who contributed to and supported the "Wazin" programme. This programme is considered one of the most important initiatives of the Health Education Department at the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah.
