Masar is a special programme for new graduates, strategically designed to qualify participants to acquire the necessary skills, in the labour market, through workshops and practical training in private sector entities.
“Masar” programme will be launched on June 3, in Sharjah, and participants’ journey will begin by attending an intensive workshop through which they will acquire CV writing skills, dialogue and negotiation skills, in addition to teamwork skills. After completing the workshop, participants will take personality tests that will determine their strengths and weaknesses. After completing the personality tests, the participants will begin their journey to work experience in the private sector, through which they will acquire the necessary skills that will qualify them to face challenges that they may face in their workplace.
The programme will also give participants the opportunity to learn about different fields and gain experience from specialists.
