Sharjah24: "Quality in the Work Environment" was the title of a training session that Al Dhaid Cultural Sports Club arranged in order to improve the training programs for players, coaches, and technical and administrative personnel. The workshop was in line with the club's objectives and the chairman of the board's instructions to keep enhancing athletic performance.

The workshop was conducted by Mohamed Abdel-Moneim from 'Ilmni' Center for Management and Training Consultations. Among the attendees were His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Huwaidan Al Kutbi, Chairman of Al Dhaid Club's Board of Directors, His Excellency Khalifa Mubarak Delmouk Al Kutbi, Chairman of the Cultural Committee, His Excellency Malik Musabeh Al Kutbi, Board Member and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Al Dhaid Club, and Maher Obaid Al Khayyal Al Taneiji, the Administrative Manager of Al Dhaid Club.

The workshop, which took place on Monday at the club's headquarters in Al Dhaid City, covered topics such as quality standards, foundations of quality improvement, especially in relation to sports operations and the reception and development of talented individuals in team and individual sports. It also addressed the application of these standards, including focusing on age groups, players, participation, communication, data analysis, and information management. The role of sports and technical staff in improving quality and developing the sports system was also discussed.

The lecture witnessed interaction through participant questions and the distribution of motivational prizes. Additionally, opportunities for sporting excellence in the club were highlighted, along with cultural and community activities that constitute elements of strength in the club's continuous performance.

His Excellency Salem Mohammed bin Huwaidan Al Kutbi, Chairman of Al Dhaid Club's Board of Directors, highlighted the importance of these workshops and lectures in developing the skills of sports personnel. He also mentioned their inclusion in the evaluation criteria for improving the performance of club employees.
