His teammate Mohammed Khamis came in second place, followed by Mansour Mohammed from the Khorfakkan Club, in third place. Khamis Muhammad Abdullah from Dibba Al Hisn came fourth, while Mansour Muhammad, Kalba Ittihad player, and Salem bin Humaid, Al Madam player, shared the fifth place. The tests were with the participation of the clubs of Al-Dhaid, Sharjah, Al Bataeh, Mleiha, Ittihad Kalba, Al Madam, Dibba Al Hisn, and Khorfakkan.
The honouring ceremony and handing over cups and medals was attended by Rashid Abdullah Howaiden, Secretary General of Al Dhaid Club; a number of members of the Board of Directors: Mahir Obaid Al Khayal, Managing Director; and Tariq Bu Sneina, handball expert in the Department of Sports Affairs and Development at the Sharjah Sports Council. Gifts were presented to the participants as motivation and encouragement.
It is noteworthy that the competition is organised annually by Sharjah Sports Council with the aim of discovering talents in different age groups to train them in coordination with the clubs.
