Al Tunaiji: Al Bustan Council checks on conditions of the elderly

Sharjah 24: Dr. Salem Zayed Al-Tunaiji, Chairman of the Al Bustan Suburb Council (of the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs in the Government of Sharjah, in Al Dhaid, revealed that the initiative to visit the elderly and dignitaries, organised by the Council of the Suburbs Affairs Department, aims to strengthen the bonds of community cohesion and affection, check on their conditions and congratulate them on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
Al Taniji confirmed that the initiative to visit the elderly is part of the community initiatives through which the Council is keen to increase community cohesion and communicate with people who have left their mark on society.
He explained to “Sharjah 24” that community visits to the elderly and dignitaries will continue to achieve the desired goals, especially during the holy month.
