Sharjah24: Al Bustan District Council, under the jurisdiction of the Districts Affairs Department, held a community gathering as part of the "Yalsitna" initiative. The event occurred yesterday afternoon at Sharjah Safari in the city of Al Dhaid, with a notable attendance of community members and officials.
The purpose of the meeting is to highlight the significance of agriculture within the Council's commitment to promoting awareness about agriculture's importance and expansion in the Al Dhaid region, with a focus on sustainability.
Dr. Salem Zayed Al Tunaiji, the Chairman of the Al Bustan District Council, warmly welcomed attendees, stressing the importance of the Yalsitna initiative. He commended the attention given by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, to the development of green spaces and the improvement of food security in the emirate.
