Sharjah 24: Aisha Al Hosani, General Coordinator of the Dibba Al Hisn Festival for Bilateral Theatre, revealed that the Theatre Department of the Department of Culture concluded the activities of the cultural programme accompanying the performances of the Dibba Al Hisn Festival for Bilateral Theatre in its seventh edition, with an interactive workshop on the techniques of dramatic writing.
She said in statements to “Sharjah 24” that the programme included 3 training workshops, the last one was a workshop on dramatic writing techniques, in addition to holding two dialogue sessions for the 19th Sharjah Arab Theatre Forum, with the participation of an elite group of Arab experts in theatre from several countries.
She explained that the festival's theatrical performances will continue until Tuesday, when the activities of the seventh edition of the festival will end, which is being held in the cultural centre of the city of Dibba Al Hisn, with a theatrical performance titled "Encounter" by the Syrian Takween troupe.
Al Hosani added that the festival, in its seventh edition, included a large number of delegations including authors, actors, and theatre directors from 5 countries: UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Syria, and Morocco.
