The programme is implemented for ten weeks throughout the year.
Maryam Majid Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah’s SSSD, who is in charge of the programme, stated that the programme achieved positive results, especially concerning developing work mechanisms and strategies for the department that raise the level of the department’s services.
She added that the programme is carried out in cooperation with one of the leading companies in the field of resource development. It aims to achieve professional and effective performance for all its employees, by developing programmes that enable them to perform their tasks with high professionalism and productivity, pointing out that the impact is measured at the end of the programme.
The programme covers several aspects, such as building leadership personality and strategic thinking, leadership communication and networking, the power of leadership influence, leadership innovation in government work, global leadership. The programme also includes individual development sessions.
It is a “mobile,” taking part in various institutions in the UAE to benefit from different experiences and organising trips to global institutions concerned with leadership, as in 2023, a team of directors visited one of the leading institutions in the Netherlands.
