Sharjah24: Asma Al Khudari, who heads the Sharjah Age-Friendly Office, recently spoke about a meeting that brought together various organizations to support a new communications and information center in Sharjah. This meeting is part of Sharjah's efforts to become more involved in the Global Network of Age-friendly Cities and Communities (GNAFCC), which aims to improve the quality of life for older residents. Al Khudari highlighted that the goal of the meeting was to help different groups work better together, share ideas, discuss important guidelines, and plan future actions to make Sharjah an even better place for all ages.

In her statements to "Sharjah 24," Al Khudari explained that this meeting is one of a series focusing on important topics like outdoor spaces, transportation, community involvement, health services, social respect, and housing. She noted that these meetings foster cooperation among various organizations in Sharjah to ensure the best services are available for elderly residents.
