The Educational Centre for Arabic Language for the Gulf States has authorised the conference as one of its recognised programmes for the 2023–2024 academic year. The focus is on the practical and scientific aspects of teaching and learning Arabic, as well as related topics, studies, research, best practices, and relevant experiences.

Thirteen best practices, comprising both organisational and personal approaches, are among the 82 research papers and studies prepared for the conference. Out of a total of twenty-one seminars, thirteen are held in Sharjah at the Educational Centre for Arabic Language, while eight are held online. Academics, professionals, and students from several universities made up the 110-person participant pool.

The conference's four publications compile the papers and research to be presented by attendees. Thus, specialists in various areas and subjects approved by the Educational Centre for Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah extend an invitation to all those who are interested in attending the conference. The goal is to help advance Arabic language education and serve as a tool for promoting and improving the Arabic language.

All types of research, from theoretical to practical, as well as best practices and personal experiences, are welcome to participate in the conference. The conference touches upon a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: the evolution of Arabic language curricula, the best practices for educating future Arabic language teachers, current trends in evaluating Arabic language programmes, effective methods of instruction, the role of technology in the language classroom, initiatives to help non-native speakers learn Arabic, and more generally, the state of Arabic language education as a whole.

The focus of this conference is to assess Arabic language education's standing on a worldwide and regional scale. The goal of this investigation is to provide a comprehensive overview of recent research on the evolution of Arabic education from both theoretical and practical viewpoints. The primary objective of the conference is to improve Arabic language learning by drawing on the collective wisdom of Arab educational institutions.

Furthermore, it seeks to utilise contemporary software and technologies in Arabic language education while also highlighting the benefits and drawbacks of teaching approaches.

Speakers at the conference will also be available to answer questions and share insights on pressing topics pertaining to the development of Arabic language education.
