“Tahkeem” organises two panels during the Urban Arbitration Forum

The first panel discusses the concept of economic development, the conditions that preserve investment, in addition to highlighting the challenges or legal problems and the role of “arbitration” in these issues.

The second panel discusses building and construction contracts, reviewing the contractor’s contract and the clauses that preserve the investor’s rights, in addition to introducing the attendees to the procedures of the “Arbitration Centre.”
