Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Capability Development (SCD) invites adventure enthusiasts to embark on a transformative experience to reach the summits. SCD is now accepting registrations for its groundbreaking 'To the Summits' programme, where it will be offering its participants an exclusive opportunity to reach some of the world’s highest summits, such as the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in the Republic of Tanzania, which is considered the highest summit in the continent of Africa.
In the programme, the participants will be a part of an extensive journey starting in February and elapsing in September 2024. Their journey will start off in February 2024 with comprehensive physical training, where the participants will get to climb two different mountains based in the UAE. Climbing the local mountains will enable the participants to discover the unique characteristics of the mountainous terrains in the UAE, and will give them the chance to participate in challenging activates that will increase their physical and mental resilience.

After completing the physical training in the UAE, the participants will be eligible to partake an unforgettable climbing experience in the Sultanate of Oman. In Oman, the participants will climb Jebel Shams in a three-day trip, and through this trip, they will be able to acquire the necessary skills that will enable them to climb Mount Kilimanjaro.

Finally, in September, the participants will embark on a journey to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. During the trip, the participants will be accompanied by experts in the field who will assist them to reach the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.

For those who are interested in joining this thrilling journey, they can secure your spot today by registering at www.sharjahcd.ae.
