Sharjah24: As part of its human resources training programs, Al-Thiqa Club for the Disabled held a workshop on quality assurance and improving performance to promote sustainable professional development and meet Sharjah Sustainability Award requirements.
The training workshop's goals are to teach people about the newest international quality assurance standards and methods and to show them how to use these new methods to evaluate performance in a way that makes sure the desired quality is met.
Commenting on this, Ahmed Salem Hamad Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Al-Thiqa Club for the Disabled, emphasised the commitment of the club's management to enhancing the skills and performance of its employees. The Human Resources Department has implemented sustainable training programmes to ensure continuous development and improvement.
According to Al Suwaidi, the training methodology at Al-Thiqa Club emphasises an interactive approach that incorporates both theory and practical application. By offering informative presentations that enhance performance and uphold high standards.
Furthermore, Al-Thiqa Club Department aims to foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration among employees of the club's different committees. This is achieved through workshops and discussions, where experiences are shared and knowledge is exchanged.
