Sharjah 24: Al Qasimia University (AQU) revealed that it has converted the works of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Founder of the University, into audio books, through artificial intelligence applications.
The audio books will allow the public to access His Highness’s works, in a voice that mimics His Highness’s own voice, via the Al Qasimia Podcast platform and the university’s website.
His Excellency Dr. Awad Al Khalaf, Chancellor of Al Qasimia University, confirmed that His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi reviewed audio samples prepared by the university, during His Highness’s visit to Al Qasimia University pavilion participating in Sharjah International Book Fair (SIBF), which received his kind approval.
His Excellency Dr. Awad Al Khalaf pointed out that recording and production took place in the radio studios of the College of Communication at the university, where works are narrated by generating a voice identical to the voice of His Highness, using artificial intelligence.
His Excellency Dr. Awad Al Khalaf concluded that this project will be limited only to converting the works of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah into audio books.
