SFD organises 5th Financial Forum

Sharjah 24: Huda Al Yassi, Director of the Financial System Department at the Sharjah Finance Department (SFD), announced that the department organised the 5th Financial Forum at Al Qasimia University.

The event brought together representatives from various government entities' financial departments to review experiences, share expertise, and explore best international practices in financial management, aimed at enhancing efficiency and developing financial operations.

Showcasing experiences and practices

Huda Al Yassi explained that the forum highlighted the latest developments of the Tahsheel programme and presented the experience of the Sharjah Museums Authority’s procurement system, which the department designed.

She added that the forum enabled participants to exchange insights into financial management practices within local government entities, while also reviewing leading global standards, to improve financial efficiency across the Emirate.
