The conference is from October 31 to November 2.
Sharjah Social Services Department participated in the exhibition of police and social institutions and research and linguistic centers accompanying the conference, which displays the best international practices in employing artificial intelligence and technology in social and humanitarian research, law, and Islamic studies.
The department reviewed a range of its services:
“Virtual Company” service, which is a service provided to elderly people who live alone.
The “Social Portal” service connects customers electronically with 23 government agencies (Sharjah and federal).
The “Quick Report” service is a database that provides a quick response after transferring it to the competent authority.
The “Response” and “Interactive Map” services aims to reach the homes of older people and submit their government papers with ease.
The “Proactive Requests” service, which does not require submission by the beneficiary, as an emergency housing request is opened for him/her in the Sharjah Housing System upon approval to assist a householder.
