Sharjah24: The Sharjah Cooperative Society welcomed a delegation from the Oman Cooperative Society in order to familiarise them with the Sharjah Cooperative Society's operating procedures and to benefit from its experiences as one of the top retail cooperatives.
Issa Al Mulla, CEO of the Oman Cooperative Society, and Khaled Al Mulla, Deputy CEO, were among the Omani delegation members.
Majid Al Junaid, Chief Executive Officer of Sharjah Cooperative Society, Hasan Al Suqi, Executive Director of Support Services, Executive Director of Retail, and Director of Marketing and Public Relations received them.
The delegation was briefed on the society's development since its inception in 1977, as well as the accomplishments made with the support of His Highness Dr Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
They also discussed future projects that the cooperative is working on.
