The programme's guest spoke about the efforts made by Sharjah Police anti-narcotics officers in combating the scourge of drugs in society, through the annual security campaigns organised by the Ani-Narcotics Department, in addition to the efforts of the department in security operations.
Colonel Majid Al, Assam shed light on the “Kashf Al Sitar” operation (Unveiling) that was able to thwarted an international gang attempt to smuggle large quantities of narcotics, in addition to bringing more than a million tablets of psychotropic substances into the UEA through one of the neighbouring countries, with an estimaetd market value of Dhs14 million. This achievement came in cooperation with the security services of one of the Neighbouring sister countries.
