Sharjah24: Sheikha Issa Al Harmoudi, member of the Sharjah Youth Council, announced the conclusion of the Startup Dojo, the summer incubation program designed to empower young entrepreneurs, being organised annually by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa), with the aim of developing the skills of young talents during summer.
She added to “Sharjah24” that the program includes intensive training, guidance, and mentoring, enabling them to come up with business ideas and gain the practical experience required to turn their concepts into projects and launch their start-up companies.
Concluding her statement, Sheikha Issa Al Harmoudi stated that the program this year was open to 50 participants from different UAE universities, 81% of whom are Emiratis, representing 15 teams indicating citizens’ interest in entrepreneurship, with shedding light on Sharjah’s interest in this field.
She expressed pleasure in honouring the first five winners of entrepreneurial projects, stressing the earnest endeavors to support them in making their projects a success.
