Sharjah 24: Rashid Al Kindi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kalba Sports and Cultural Club, revealed the launch of the club's new visual identity under the slogan "A New Identity for Great Aspirations” to keep pace with the club's aspirations for the future in the world of professionalism.
The launch ceremony of the club’s new identity at the covered hall Wednesday saw the presence of several sports individuals and the club’s technical and administrative staff.
Al Kindi told “Sharjah 24” that the new visual identity reflects the great aspirations of the club at the time of professionalism, pointing out that it echoes the club and the football company, as they are united by the logo, as they represent one entity.
He explained that the Kalba Union Club is witnessing remarkable development in terms of infrastructure and facilities, in addition to the technical prosperity in various sports, resulting from an ambitious vision and strategy with unlimited support from the wise leadership and Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, President of the club, and his deputy Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, and the Sharjah Sports Council.
The new visual identity, which bears the slogan "A New Identity for Great Ambitions, reflects the values and principles of the club and its aspirations for a bright future. The new logo of the club includes seven spikes symbolising the federation of the emirates of the country, and the date of the club's founding in 1971. The new design of the logo is characterised by black and yellow colours.
