The decision stipulated that the Board of Directors of Ittihad Kalba Football Club Company be formed, headed by Mohammed Obaid Al Yamahi, and the membership of each of:
1. Ahmed Abdullah Mohammed Al Lagai Al Naqbi.
2. Ahmed Mohammed Hasan Mohammed Al Zaabi.
3. Ahmed Mohammed Saeed bin Awash Al Yamahi.
4. Humaid Khalfan Saeed Rashid Al Kindi.
5. Khalfan Juma Mohammed Belhaj Almarashdeh.
6. Adel Rashid Dahi Mubarak Al Zaabi.
During its first meeting, the board distributes administrative positions among its members and elects a vice president by consensus or secret ballot.
The membership term shall be four years, subject to renewal for a similar period or periods starting from the date of issuance. The board shall resume its duties at the end of its term until a new board is formed or the renewal of the current one.
