Threats to the environment were discussed during the conference, including the threat of stray animals, the felling of notable trees, and the usage of bird sound devices.
Matar Ali bin Howiden Al Ketbi, chairman of the Sharjah Camel Racing Club, thanked the Environment Authority for their help and reaffirmed the club's dedication to keeping the racetrack in pristine condition. The proposed remedies are in line with Sharjah's plan to stop the deterioration of wild areas and safeguard the species there.
He believes the "Peace Lily" project will be an important addition to the club's efforts to achieve sustainable development and raise environmental awareness in all sectors of society, ultimately leading to the creation of a more progressive and environmentally superior community.
