Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Contact Centre of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau is ready to receive various inquiries from the public about the most prominent services, events, activities and tourist sites in the Emirate of Sharjah during the Eid Al Adha celebrations, with the aim of providing access to all members of society.
The centre continues to reveal all activities, entertainment content, and distinctive and modern tourist sites on the scene that the Sharjah City, Central and Eastern regions offer to the public during Eid Al Adha.
The centre is also the main informational platform that meets the expectations of customers and provides them with information about the most important inquiries received in preparation for receiving Eid, such as municipal and various departments’ services including sacrificial animals from the livestock market and the central slaughterhouse, details about locations, times, procedures and fees. The Sharjah Contact Centre team also receives feedback and complaints from consumers in a positive manner and interacts with them on the spot, to achieve safety for all economic practices in Sharjah markets and its affiliated regions, in addition to services and endowment projects and charitable and humanitarian initiatives.
Engineer Khalid Omar Al Naqbi, Director of the Sharjah Contact Centre emphasised the keenness of the centre’s management to continue its efforts and the preparations of the work team, expressing their readiness to respond quickly to customers’ calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and during the Eid holidays, through the various channels dedicated to this purpose, the most important of which is the toll-free number 80080000. The centre also contributes to the promotion and advertisement of events and the most prominent and beautiful tourist places that are distinguished by their picturesque sites, and to inform the public about government services provided by government agencies and institutions in Sharjah through the centre's official social media channels, text messages and e-mail, with the aim of supporting the government and tourism sector, which would make all segments of society happy.
