Sharjah24: The Sharjah Contact Centre of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau celebrates the 12th anniversary of its inauguration to become an essential part of society's daily life due to its importance in delivering government messages, supporting customers, meeting the customers' needs for service and knowledge, and supporting the government's development efforts.
Eng. Khaled Omar Al Naqbi, Director of the Sharjah Contact Centre, indicated that the center highlights the unified government identity and facilitates public access to information.
The center, which operates around the clock, achieved many achievements in keeping with the rapid technological developments, providing the best services that support Sharjah's achievements and achieve its ambitions.
The centre has various achievements that ensure the provision of highly efficient services, as it has success indicators that contribute to achieving positive growth towards customer management, becoming the first authorised and specialised contact center in Sharjah government.
The centre's database contains information on 436 government agencies with branches in the emirate and includes information that exceeds 11,561 approved services.
It organised the first forum for contact centres in Sharjah, the first at the emirate. It discusses what humanity faces, the importance of contact centres in broadcasting government messages, and the use of technologies and artificial intelligence.
Cooperating with Sharjah government entities is an important step that supports the emirate's efforts and their efforts in digital transformation, optimal investment of government resources, and strengthening government support in various disciplines by expanding the scope of service, social, charitable, educational, sports, and commercial relations, and uniting efforts and activities of common interest.
