Sharjah24: The Sharjah Contact Centre, a subsidiary of the Sharjah Government Media Burea organised, on Wednesday, a tourist and introductory tour in the city of Khorfakkan for the guests of the 3rd Sharjah Contact Centres Forum (SCCF). Khadija Khamis Al Naqbi, Head of the Public Relations and Marketing Department at the Sharjah Contact Centre, said that an introductory tour was organised for the speakers and guests of the forum in Khorfakkan, on Wednesday, to view the natural and touristic elements of the city.
The 3rd Sharjah Contact Centres Forum (SCCF) will open Thursday, Jan 12, in Khorfakkan themed "Interactive Services... Comprehensive Channels", under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council
The tour, in which the guests were accompanied by Eng. Khaled Al-Naqbi, Director of the Center, included a visit to the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre, the artistic and cultural edifice and architectural masterpiece that has become one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the city.
Al Naqbi pointed out that the guests visited and enjoyed the views of the city’s tourist attractions, ending their visit by reviewing the work of the Sharjah Call Center, and visited its departments and the various call centers of government departments that the center hosts.
