Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, directed the maintenance of scholarships that were granted during the current academic year to the sons and daughters of former employees at the University of Sharjah (UOS), before the employees transferred administratively to the University of Khorfakkan.
In addition to the joint coordination between the two universities regarding scholarships for the sons and daughters of employees, starting from the next academic year.
His Excellency Mohammed Hassan Khalaf, Director General of the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority, announced this directive during the "Direct Line" programme broadcast by Sharjah’s radio and television.
