Sharjah24: Amer Al Zarooni, Deputy General Manager of ASAS Real Estate Company, announced the details of the Khorfakkan Resort project, which is being proclaimed during the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition ACRES 2023.
Amer Al Zarooni, affirmed the company's keenness to participate in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition " ACRES 2023" and to present and market their latest projects at its platform.
Al Zarooni added to Sharjah 24, that the Khorfakkan Resort is located directly on the Khorfakkan beach which is consisting of residential apartments and shops on the ground floor.
Al Zarouni indicated that the Khorfakkan resort will consist of a basement floor, a ground floor, and two floors above ground level for parking. It also contains residential apartments in addition to 9 residential floors containing 573 various apartments, in addition to 19 multi-use shops and 723 parking spaces, in addition to swimming pools, gyms and fitness halls, and a games area. The owners of the project will also have a private beach and a breakwater along the beautiful coast of Khorfakkan.
