Hanan Janho, Executive Director of Emirates Properties, highlighted the importance of participating in the Exhibition "ACRES" to shed light on the investment opportunities in the real estate sector, and acquaint investors with the real estate projects being implemented in the country.
She added that the participation of Emirates Properties in the exhibition aims to highlight the company's distinguished projects, including "Azhi Community" residential project in the Al-Amerah area in the Emirate of Ajman, at a cost of AED 3 billion. The project is the first of its kind, and it is an integrated residential complex put up for sale for freehold ownership, consisting of 1,800 residential villas on an area of 842,765 square meters, as work has begun on the implementation of the first phase.
