Shabab Al Ahli crowned champion of Table Tennis Presidents Cup

Sharjah 24: Shabab Al Ahli team won the title of His Highness the President’s Table Tennis Cup for group games, after its 3-1 victory over Al Wasl, this evening, Sunday, at the Abu Dhabi's Racket Club.

Shabab Al Ahli succeeded in achieving the third consecutive title in the Cup Championship, in addition to winning the Men's League title this season.

Eng. Dawoud Al Hajri, President of the UAE Table Tennis Association, crowned Shabab Al Ahli team with the championship title, in the presence of Hassan Al Zarouni, Secretary General of the Association, Abdul Rahman Al Menhali, Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi's Racket Club, Financial Director of the Table Tennis Association, and Abdullah Al Attas, Member of the Board of Directors of the Association.

Shabab Al Ahli had reached the final of the tournament by defeating Sharjah 3-2, while Al Wasl overcame Al Nasr team 3-1 in the semi-finals.
