Sharjah24: Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, in collaboration with the Parents Councils, held a press conference at the House of Wisdom in Sharjah to announce the launch of the 29th edition of the award. Sharjah 24 news website offered a real window to shed light on the event by interviewing Mohammed Ahmed Al Mulla, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, who spared no efforts to reveal details of the event.

In an exclusive statement to Sharjah 24, Mohammed Ahmed Al Mulla, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, stated that the award is one of the initiatives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi that aimed at supporting and recognising outstanding educational achievers.

Al Mulla added that the new category introduced in the 29th edition is called "The Jewel of the Arabic Language (Jawhara)," which aims to promote the status of Arabic language in the educational community and among students.
