Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH) organised a celebration of International Workers’ Day, which falls on the first of May of each year, in honour and appreciation of the efforts of workers and their role in building society.
The SIH held an entertainment day for them, including a number of recreational activities.
His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH), expressed appreciation to every worker in the UAE in general, and to the workers of the Sharjah Heritage Institute in particular, on International Workers' Day, which falls on the first of May of each year.
His Excellency added that each worker has a great role to play, and workers have essential contributions to the urban and service renaissance witnessed by the Emirate of Sharjah in particular and the UAE in general.
