Sharjah24: Dr. Abdulaziz Al Musallam, President of Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH), revealed that the Institute organises many heritage events to celebrate World Heritage Day, on April 18, including a lecture on majlis' role in Emirati society.

During his interview with "Sharjah 24", Al Musallam pointed out the importance of the majlis as an essential Emirati pillar, indicating that the UAE had made outstanding efforts to include the majlis in UNESCO’s intangible heritage list.
