Sharjah 24: Dr. Abdul Aziz Al Musallam, Chaoirman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, announced the launch of the activities of the Sharjah Heritage Days, in the Mleiha area, which embodies the desert environment and includes many activities. The four-day event, organised in the heritage village, kicked off amidst a large presence of heritage lovers, notables and citizens of the Central Region.

Dr. Al Musallam stressed the importance of the strategic location of Mleiha, as it represents the heritage of the desert environment.

He explained to "Sharjah 24" that the Sharjah Heritage Days also witnessed a great interaction from the people of the region and lovers of heritage, as well as from government institutions and productive families.
