Sharjah24: Dr. Abdulaziz Al Musallam, Chairman of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage and Chairman of the Supreme Organizing Committee for Sharjah Heritage Days, accompanied by Sheikh Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, toured the event and inspected the participating pavilions.
Al Musallam visited four pavilions, each covering a certain environment and culture within the UAE, the mountainous environment, the desert and the Bedouins, the countryside and agricultural background, and the coastal cities. He was briefed on the cultural aspects of each domain.
Sheikh Abdulrahman Al Thani was briefed on the goals of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, and its successes in light of the continuous support from His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, which contributed to heritage preservation.
